In a private courtyard accompanied by local wine and craft beers, prominent local chefs will serve the unique flavors of “The Piney Curtain” of East Texas, “The Acadian Coast” along the Gulf, “Hill Country” of Central Texas, “Tex-Mex” of South Texas, “Cattle Country” of the North and Northwest, and “The Green Chile Line” west of The Pecos.
